| | Our chapter at Clemson University, the Sigma Psi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon, celebrates the honor of being the 336th chapter to be founded in the fraternity renowned for having the most active chapters on an international level. Founded on November 12, 1992, our chapter is a relatively young social fraternity that prides itself on strong social interaction with the campus and a good standing with the community. We actively participate in community service with sororities, raising money for the Memory Walk for the Alzheimer’s Association, local tutoring and Neat Street (our Adopt-A-Highway program on College Avenue). With multiple brothers spread throughout the ROTC program, multiple engineering societies and many other service fraternities and societies, TKE is truly a presence on Clemson’s campus. We fully believe in our motto, “Not for wealth, rank or honor, but for personal worth and character.” A man’s past socioeconomic status and accomplishments pale in comparison to his moral values and his journey to develop himself into a better, well-rounded man. Tau Kappa Epsilon prides itself on assisting young men in this lifelong journey and positively redefining the fraternity image. | |
